One of the branches has started to hang very low, either under weight of fruit and/or since heavy rainfall. The neighbouring property is currently vacant, however i have notified the owner via an email provided from the Great Spilman's estate group. This application is submitted to legally prune back the encroaching growth to the boundary line, alleviating the nuisance and restoring light while strictly preserving the tree's health and structural integrity.
